Commissioning of company-owned products at the customer's premises
Carrying out product training
Informing the sales department about sales opportunities
Preparation for calibration inspections
Technical customer support
Reporting to the UK Service Manager
Responsible for ensuring that customers receive the level of service they have come to expect from a premium brand
Capable of working alone or in a team to commission, calibrate or repair the full range of our equipment
What you bring:
Experience of inspection machinery such as checkweighers, x-ray and metal detection
Knowledge of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries
Distinct communication skills and analytical skills
A strong customer and service focus
Must be willing to travel throughout the UK with over-night stays as and when required
Be willing to join the rota for being on call out of hours to service our customers who require 24/7 response
Software experience would be an advantage
