Service Engineer (m/f/d)

 

What you can look forward to:

 

  • Maintenance and repair of company-owned and third-party weighing and inspection technology products
  • Commissioning of company-owned products at the customer's premises
  • Carrying out product training
  • Informing the sales department about sales opportunities
  • Preparation for calibration inspections
  • Technical customer support
  • Reporting to the UK Service Manager
  • Responsible for ensuring that customers receive the level of service they have come to expect from a premium brand
  • Capable of working alone or in a team to commission, calibrate or repair the full range of our equipment

 

What you bring:

 

  • Experience of inspection machinery such as checkweighers, x-ray and metal detection
  • Knowledge of the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries
  • Distinct communication skills and analytical skills
  • A strong customer and service focus
  • Must be willing to travel throughout the UK with over-night stays as and when required
  • Be willing to join the rota for being on call out of hours to service our customers who require 24/7 response
  • Software experience would be an advantage
