Partner Manager Eastern Europe (m/f/d)

Bovenden - 35 hours/week - Partnership Program - At the earliest possible date 

What you can look forward to:

• Driving the growth of our partner business across Eastern Europe

• Identifying, acquiring and onboarding new partners to expand our market presence in the region
• Developing existing partnerships into long-term, high-performing relationships and growing their revenue contribution
• Working closely with Product Management and Marketing to launch products and campaigns through the partner channel
• Identifying new market and business opportunities and translating them into actionable go-to-market initiatives
• Owning and further developing the partner strategy for the Eastern Europe region, including pipeline, performance and growth reporting
• The opportunity to take on real responsibility and to grow both personally and professionally

What you bring:

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training, plus a relevant further professional qualification
• Several years of experience in business development, partner or channel management, ideally in a technical or industrial environment
• A proactive, hunter mindset with confident negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
• An independent, structured, results-oriented and entrepreneurial way of working
• Very good written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage
• Willingness to undertake regular business travel within the Eastern Europe region
