Customer Success & Sales Support Specialist (m/f/d) - Customer Service

Responsibilities:
Service Coordination: coordinate external service calls and manage internal service needs, including stocking spare parts and providing the service team with neccessary components
Quotations: prepare quotations for in-house repairs and field service calls, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
Sales Support: Monitor sales calls, track parts usage and assist in invoicing for in-house and field services
Customer Interaction: Support the creation of quotes for key accounts and coordinate technical requirements between customers and the headquarters application specialist team to develop proper proposals
Sales-Related Tasks: Support the creation of the price book, qualify marketing-generated leads into sales-qualified leads and assist with other sales-related activities
Documentation: Maintain accurate service records and prepare detailed reports
Job Qualification Requirements and Competences:
Experience in coordinating service activities and managing spare parts inventory
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with industrial weighing and inspection technologies is a plus
