Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) - Sales Departement

Responsibilities:
Support order processing, invoicing, and shipment tracking
Verification and control of invoices, contracts, and administrative documents
Communicate with internal departments to ensure workflow continuity
Communication with clients and suppliers
Data entry and updates in management (ERP) systems
Document management and archiving (both physical and digital)
Collaboration with internal departments to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in similar roles (minimum 1 year)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
Accuracy and good organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset
